Whales

WHALES - such special animals!

Each whale in this group features something different.

The 6" hand-carved Sperm Whale represents one of the largest whales we have on Earth. It was the whale In Moby Dick. It typically weighs a ton or more and is over 50 ft long.

The 12" Humpback Whale is our traveling whale. They migrate over 10,000 miles EVERY Year. In the winter the Humpback are in the Tropics and have their babies. In the spring they are North, perhaps in the Arctic. Yet, they can live to be 90! Guess traveling is good, if you want to grow old!

The 12" Orca Whale is the "prettiest" dressed in its tux...black and white. It's nickname is killer whale. It is our most recognizable whale.

As you see in the photo, only one of the whales has a base so it can stand vertical.
