Our privacy policy is quite simple. We will NEVER sell or share your name, information or email address with ANYONE other than to fulfill your order. Never.
EMAIL ADDRESS
Your email address is important.
- Your information is used to create your invoice, packing slip and UPS label - which is why we prefer Internet orders.
- You receive acknowledgement of order automatically emailed to you when order has processed. If you haven't received "thank you" email within one minute, check your JUNK mail folder. Email was sent.
- If we have a question about your order, you will be emailed.(sometimes called)
- You are emailed your tracking number. This tracking number is NOT active until UPS or FedEx has package at their distribution center.
- Please monitor your e-mail after placing order including JUNK folder. Our email address will end in @wallstreetgifts.com
- You can also log on to our site and create an account so you can get info.
PHONE NUMBER
Phone number to reach you is important. The phone number you enter is given to UPS or FedEx in case the driver has a delivery problem. Please enter the BEST phone number to reach you. If there is a problem with your order, we typically email you; however, we may call. Normally your cell phone is most apt to reach you. Other than the delivery man and us NO one else will call you. If you have shipped a gift, tuck the shipping address and recepients phone number someplace so you will have it with you in case you get a phone call with a problem.
PHONE ORDERS
Some people believe that it is not safe to give your credit card information on line. Our shopping cart is secure. We request that you place the order on line. If you call, we will enter your order on line for you. There are fewer errors if you enter the information directly. We do NOT sell your info to anyone. Ever. We have 7 firewalls and in 28 years have never been hacked.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
For your protection when we receive your order your credit card has already been charged. We ONLY receive the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your credit card. No expiration date, no code. Therefore, it is absolutely impossible for us to charge you. There are several firewalls between you and us which makes your credit card safe. If your card is not charged, we do not receive your order. PayPal is also an option. Until order is paid for either credit card, debit card, or Paypal, we do NOT know anything about the order.
