You can personalize with a plaque up to 11 inches long and 1 inch high if you'd like. Measurements of base are: 13 inches L x 4.5 inch W x 2 inch H. Note in photo though, that space for plaque is a lot less than 2 inches. You probably could get 3 lines of text. Plaque will be mailed to you separately.
