Animals Statues

Mother & Baby Hedgehog Statue Make certain you look at a large photo of this statue. This mom and baby scene is just adorable. At least as adorable as a hedgehog can be!  The hedgehog is a nocturnal mammal identified by the 5,000 to 7,000 stiff, keratin spines that cover its back and sides. For defense the hedgehog can curl into a ball so all that shows are these spines.  Made of resin. This statue is 6.3"x 5.31"x 6.69"

Babies are cute! Even baby pigs! And this is a cute baby pig statue - it's called a piglet. Have you ever wondered why we don't drink pig's milK? Well, now you'll know. When a pig is born it only weighs 2-3 lbs and Mama has 10 normally. So, she doesn't produce much milk...only 13 lbs/day. So - the answer is - there isn't enough pig milk to sell any...the babies need it.

With an inquisitive look, this black and white cat statue will be a delightful addition to your home. Some call it a tuxedo colored cat. It's not much longer than your hand - 7-1/4" so you can tuck this cute cat in a corner and enjoy.

Orange Tabby Kitten Statue The Orange Tabby has a reputation for being exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and affectionate. What's interesring - 80% of them are male! The "orange" gene appears to be found more often in the male. This cat statue is 7+ inches - so find a niche for it and enjoy!

Tortoise is a large statue - 18" long.  Be careful where you place it - because uninformed guests will think it's alive! (Not meant for outdoors though.) A tortoise cannot swim. With 50 different species, it comes in all sizes (4 ft to 3 inches). The most famous ones reside on Galapagos Island where a few are over 100 years old. The tortoise is thought to be the longest living animal on Earth.

Gray Tabby Kitten has a "what's happening?" look om its face. I find something unusual about this posting. The vendor has named the product "gray tabby". I see NO gray. The photo looks like a darker orange tabby. But, if you love cats, you'll love it no matter the color!

Calico Cat is lying down in this sculpture. It's piercing eyes are looking at you. It's about the size of a live cat - measuring 14-1/4 inch long. Made of resin.

Dinosaur Hand-carved Brontosaurus Dinosaur that's 18 inches long. Pretty special. Although none of us were living when the dinosaurs roamed the land - how, about 150 or so million years ago!, Today we remain entranced by them. Special animals for a special time. Imagine an animal that was 70 or so feet long, weighed around 20 TONS (not lbs) and lived to be about 100 years old.  Evidence of the dinosaurs was first discovered in the USA in the 1870's. Intriguing.

A bobcat is the smallest cat in the lynx family. It's territory is southern Canada to northern Mexico. It resides in a den it makes. The bobcat is a solitary animal that seldom runs in packs. This bobcat statue is made of bronze in the USA. Let's take a closer look at the bobcat. It's mouth is agap, it's claws extended, it's eyes focused as it "flies" through the air trying to "get it!." This agile cat is quite capable of hunting for food by itself. Personalization is possible with a plaque…
