The base is made of black crystal. The four rowers are made of silver (nickel) alloy. Quite elegant.

Rowing together is a great symbol of teamwork. Any crew is aware of how important each individual rower is to the whole. Have you read the book "The Boys in the Boat"? A 2014 book written about the University of Washington crew during Hitler's reign. They won the Olympic Gold Metal. Fascinating book about what it's like to crew and be a member of a boat. Definitely teamwork.

Teamwork is available in two sizes. Small 6 inch and this large 12 inch size. The small size already has the quote about teamwork already inscribed on the base. This large size has a blank base. Nothing is on it.  You can personalize with a plaque. You can add the identical teamwork text as the small size OR a plaque with any words you choose.
