Personalization is possible. Base is 6 inches long...but that includes the ridge at the bottom. Thus, maximum length of plaque is 4 inches. Height is 1-1/2". Again, with the ridge on bottom and top, plaque can be 1" H. You could have 3 or 4 lines of text. Plaque mailed separately. Very easy to adhere.
