The red fox is intelligent and loyal to its mate and pups. The female has between 1 and 12 pups. No wonder the adult fox has such a look in this photo! In the wild their lifespan is only 3-4 years.

Gorilla photo - just awesome wall art

The Gorilla is the largest primate. It can be 6 ft tall and 600 lb.  The leader of a group of gorillas is a silverback. Gorillas can live 35–40 years in the wild. Gorillas DNA match that of a human by 95%.

About to Land - Great Horned Owl

You can imagine how difficult it was to capture this moment on film. The bird is an owl, a great horned owl. All owls in North America have hidden ears accept the Great Horned Owl which has tufts on its head where the ears are. You can "feel" the air turbulance as this owl comes in to land next to you. This is such a perfect photo with the talons, the wing feathers, the eyes - all focused on landing. Two sizes of photo. Large 16 x 20" or XL 2- x 30". Great for a wall.

Great Horned Owls, like other owls, are clueless about building nests. They use available structures to nest in, such as: stick nests of hawks, squirrel nests; small caves, ledges or crevices on cliffs, bridges, power lines, barns and old buildings, large flower pots on balconies, and a variety of nests created by humans from old tires, etc.

Agree? Cardinal Couple

The brillant red male Cardinal is one of our prettiest birds. The drab female Cardinal is definitely a contrast. The two appear to be communicating. Bob, our photographer, has framed this photo to tell a story. He creates a story with each of his photos. That's why he has received so many awards for his wildlife photos. It's large too measuring 16 x 20". There's even a larger size of wall measuring 20 x 30".

Cardinals symbolize love, loyalty and are embraced as spiritual messengers from the spirit world. The Catholic Church even has cardinals who dress in red! Interesting the average speed that a cardinal flies is 25 mph.

An alligator up close and personal. This large 20 x 16" exclusive photo by our wonderful photographer shows such an alligator. Also available, 30 x 20" XL photo.

First, check out those teeth. When an alligator loses a tooth, it replaces the lost tooth with a new one. Check out the skin. The skin in front of the eyes is relatively smooth. The skin under the jaw is quite different. You can see how it could expand when eating large items. The eyes are focused.

How old would you guess it is? In the wild, alligators can live 50 years! This alligator has certainly experienced life.

Our internationally acclaimed wildlife photographer knows personally about alligators. While focusing on a large alligator a distance away with his telephoto lens, a baby alligator bit into his foot and broke EVERY bone in his foot.

Chickadee & Squirrel

This large photo features an interesting twosome. Who has seen a chickadee and a squirrel in such close proximity? The two appear to be friends. Great horned owls have a wingspan of approximately  4-1/2 feet and weigh about three pounds. It resides throughout the continental United States and Alaska. Its range extends into Mexico, Central America, and South America.

White-Tailed Deer youngster.

An inquisitive look is on the face of this young deer. His antlers haven't yet formed but are beginning. The coloring in the photo is perfect and the background was muted some so the deer "popped" more. Our world class photographer does such a great job of capturing "moments". The inquisitive look in this photo makes it special.

The most common deer in the US are the mule deer and the white-tailed deer. Disney's "Bambi" is modeled after the white-tailed deer. The deer's eyes are on the side of the head. Thus, it can view 310 degrees around themselves. These deer provided food and clothes for the American Indian.

The Great Horned Owl and the background of the tree coordinate perfectly. It's night time and this owl is awake and probably hungry. How is possible to have the owl match its surroundings so well? Such a perfect match. But, our photographer did just that. So, between God and Bob, this beautiful photo was created. Large size measures 16 x 20". XL size 20 x 30".

The Great Horned Owl has the widest range of any of our owls. Covered with extremely soft feathers that insulate them against the cold and help them fly very quietly in pursuit of prey. Their short, wide wings allow them to maneuver among the trees of the forest.

Black Panther - great close-up photo - Exclusively at Wall Street Gifts

The Black Panther is an interesting animal. It's a genetic combination that is fairly rare. Let's begin with a leopard. The panther has a "recessive allele" of a leopard. Panther is essentially a leopard...just a different color. If you look closely, you can even see spots on the panther. But, that's not all. The panther also has a genetic connection to the jaguar. Instead of a "recessive" it has a "dominant ellele." So, analyze this. The Black Panther has the leopard's body and the Jaguar's black color.
