Teamwork Rowers: 

Teamwork is the ability to work together for a common goal.  It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon goals. 

The base is made of black crystal. The four rowers are made of silver (nickel) alloy. Quite elegant.

Rowing together is a great symbol of teamwork. Any crew is aware of how important each individual rower is to the whole. Have you read the book "The Boys in the Boat"? A 2014 book written about the University of Washington crew during Hitler's reign. They won the Olympic Gold Metal. Fascinating book about what it's like to crew and be a member of a boat. Definitely teamwork. Now, in 2024 you can see the movie "Boys in the Boat" that George Clooney produced.
