Teamwork Rowers: 

Teamwork is the ability to work together for a common goal.  It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon goals. 

The four rowers are made of silver (nickel) alloy. Quite elegant. Rowing together is a great symbol of teamwork.

Any crew is aware of how important each individual rower is to the whole. Have you read the book "The Boys in the Boat"? A 2014 book written about the University of Washington crew during Hitler's reign. They won the Olympic Gold Metal. Fascinating book about what it's like to crew and be a member of a boat. Definitely teamwork.

The base is black crystal. The text you see in the image is already on the base and is white in color. Very high quality. However, you can still personalize teamwork with a plaque.
